Hearts of Oak coach Samuel Boadu angrily walks out of post-match presser after defeat to Kotoko

Hearts of Oak coach, Samuel Boadu, fled the field in the midst of his post-match news conference after the team’s 1-0 loss to Asante Kotoko in Kumasi.

During a news conference after his team’s 1-0 loss against Asante Kotoko at the Baba Yara Sports stadium, Boadu stormed out, claiming that he was being bullied by media.

The Phobians’ championship defense has taken a significant knock once again as a result of their loss to the Porcupine Warriors, which increased the distance between them and their opponents to 16 points.

When Kotoko drew in Accra against Hearts of Oak earlier in the season, Samuel Boadu declared that the Reds would not be able to stand up against his junior side.

At the press conference, he was reminded of the comments about which he became enraged and walked out.

Frank Mbella Etouga’s penalty kick in the 16th minute of the game between the Ghanaian giants at the Baba Yara Sports stadium put the game out of reach for both teams.

Hearts will now have to turn their focus to the FA Cup, where they have advanced to the quarter-finals and will play Skyy FC.
