Kudus Could have been more precise with the ball – Otto Addo

Black Stars coach Otto Addo lauded Kudus’ effect on the team’s 0-0 draw with Nigeria.

The Nigerian coach is upbeat about the second leg.

When Nigeria’s Super Green Eagles visited Baba Yara Stadium in the World Cup playoffs, interim Black Stars coach Otto Addo felt midfielder Mohammed Kudus might have been more precise with the ball.

On March 25, 2022, the Black Stars were held to a goalless draw by the Nigerian Super Eagles.

Kudus, one of Ghana’s top players, was criticized for his languid speed of passing the ball around the field.

Coach Otto Addo praised Ajax midfielder Kudus for his performance, but he also hinted that he might have done better.

” I know the fans like when Kudus is doing his thing and going to the other side……..but sometimes he could be more precise and determined if he decides to

go forward because he has the speed and he is in front of the guy, I think he should go forward.
adds, I believe he has the ability to produce more, but there is no denying that he is an excellent player.

Tuesday, March 29, 2022 will see the second leg between Nigeria and the Black Stars at the MKO Stadium in Abuja.

It is the goal of the Black Stars to make it to the World Cup in Qatar.
